ACM School on Recommender Systems 2025

Call for Lecturers

The 2025 ACM Summer School on Recommender Systems welcomes proposals for sessions covering a range of topics pertaining to recommender systems –  from algorithmic and methodological perspectives to the human and economic implications of recommender systems.

The Summer School will feature invited contributions from renowned scholars. It will also have several open slots available for proposals from researchers and practitioners focused on topics related to the broad spectrum of design, development, assessment, and impact of recommender systems.

A lecture session is expected to last at most 90 minutes, although we may be able to accommodate a few longer sessions. We encourage lectures that include hands-on components.

We will provide a stipend to support travel and accommodation expenses (the amount of the stipend is to be determined).
